· Prepare high-end HD cameras for broadcast clients such as HBO and NBC to their specification.

· Designed and implemented post workflow pipelines for tapeless and film based media for conversion, color correction and storage (P2, DPX, SxS, etc).

· In charge of running equipment rooms at the two New York locations of the school. Was in charge of all equipment related assets and resources of the school.
· Managed up to 30 employees, including eight salaried staff and many part time workers.
· Designed, budgeted and built a working three camera “TV Studio” or teaching purposes, with full switching room.
· Responsible for purchase and installation of a Christie 35mm platter projection system and implemented side by side 2K
· HD projection systems.

· Assessed, repaired and maintained all Arriflex S, SR and SR2 cameras.
· Completely overhauled and refurbished over 120 Arriflex S cameras..
· Repaired and maintained all lights, cables and tripods.
